Experience Strategy Brief
The experience strategy brief bridges the gap between user research and design.
One problem product teams face is keeping everyone aligned and focused on the target users and the overall experience that the users should undergo when using a product or service. This deliverable transforms user profiles into user personas, which are abstracted representations of the main user types.
The experience brief also lays out key design constraints and considerations, such as whether the application is viewed in a browser, on a mobile device (or both), whether it will be used with other related products, etc.
The client for this deliverable was looking for assistance in turning their disparate group of products into a unified suite.
We helped them by clearly articulating the user types and sketching out a framework for how their various product features could be brought under the banner of a single product.
